Now that “Sublimation” is finished and pressed and all, I should thank the people who helped make this possible:

1. Kristy Venrick/Nilaihah Records – She has made our dream reality.

3. Eric O – I am fortunate to have a talented friend. Even more fortunate to help contribute to music despite not playing an instrument or singing a note. I may be the Andrew Ridgeley to his George Michael, but it’s still great fun to help.

The album came out this week, and I’m somewhat overwhelmed.

I thought about playing the cool rock star role and saying things like “oh, yeah, well it’s about time” or something similarly snotty, but I can’t pull that off.

This is just way, way too cool.

I hope it goes over well, and I think it will. I’m extremely pleased with the way it turned out (although I still hear things I’d tweak given enough time). Feedback so far has been very positive, but even if it wasn’t I’d still be pretty proud of our accomplishments.

My sincere thanks to anyone who has helped over the years, offered feedback, or whatever. And of course, big thanks to Dr. Goedken, without whom ND’d still be a guy making bad techno in a computer lab. Who knew a biochemist could have the soul of a poet?
