Making the Video

Posted on | August 8, 2001 | No Comments

We shot a video last weekend.

I happened to be in the Bay Area, Mr. Goedken happened to have a camera, so we put together a video for “Word and Deed.”

It was a lot of fun, actually. I got to see much of the Bay Area, get sunburned walking through chinatown with a grim-looking briefcase and a sportcoat, and try to look menacing. It also prompted a few a capella impromptu live performances of “Word and Deed” in some public places as we tried to record the “lip sync” that may or may not appear.

It was, all in all, pretty neat.
